How To Place An Order
1. Contact Us
To get a quotation for your required cargo, please contact us. Phone call or Whatsapp would be the fastest way to get a quick response, but you can also email us with your requirements.
2. Contract Signing
According to your communication with us if we strike a deal, a sales contract will be emailed to you. Your company’s head should sign the contract, scan and email it back to us. Payment terms, Loading period, destination port and other important details are mentioned in the sales contract, so please do read it carefully before signing it, as all sales contracts are legally binding.
3. Shipment
After we receive the advance deposit payment, processing of your order will begin. Delivery time-frame would have been specified in the sales contract. We welcome all our buyers to visit our warehouse facilities during ordering and/or at the time loading, to inspect and test the quality of the cargo before it has been loaded for complete transparency. All our cargo goes through vigorous quality control to ensure buyer satisfaction. ASNAFF GROUP high values contracts and we have never failed to deliver cargo as promised, on time and well dried.
